Description |
Mid-Twentieth Century alligator wrestler style jacket, easily donned for performances. Primarily navy blue with three bands of patchwork: yellow (brown, pink, light blue), red (yellow and green), and light blue (black and orange). Wide lapels (typical of 1970s to early 1980s) with multiple rows of small ric-rac (cream, blue, red, yellow, pink, teal, and black) from the shoulders to the wrist cuffs. Wrist cuffs have a snap closure. A liner was added to the jacket after it was purchased. This item was purchased by Nancy Oldfield in the 1970s. Nancy donated the item to the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum in 2021. |
