Black & white exterior photographic print of Mrs. Ingram Billie, Dr. Tiger, and two unidentified children. They stand on dirt amongst chickees. Dr. Tiger, a medicine man, holds what appears to be a sofkee spoon. A pen inscription on the reverse side reads "Mrs. Ingram Billie + medicine man Dr. Tiger". The exact date is unknown.
