"Accounts .... Kennedy & Darling from Capt. W.H. Kendrick's Compy - Febry 15, 1858. on present services - ". The document contains a list of men and what is believed to be the amount charged by each at the trading post. On the back of the document is written "we have only put down the names that owe us - we have the powers of the 5 months "P.A." - only - Kennedy & Darling". John Darling was mustered in April 20, 1852 and out on July 26, 1852. he served at Fort Mellon. Had a trading post on Paynes Creek called "Kennedy and Darling". |
