Double sided document; one side dated March 20, 1865 signed by James Love, clerk of the circuit court of Sumter County, stating that Stephen D. Hall is an acting justice of the peace duly elected and commissioned. The other side of the document is dated March 22, 1865 and is signed by Stephen D. Hall, Justice of the Peace mentioned above, stating that Rebecca Canthore stating that she had recieved some crops from Capt. W.H. Kendrick, bonded agriculturalist, in 1864. |
