Color exterior photograph depicting a small group of people surrounding a monument at Jackson Barracks. Among those pictured are James E.Billie, Dr. Patricia Wickman, and Oklahoma Seminole Chief Jerry Haney. The photo was taken in New Orleans, Louisiana during the fourth annual Time Travel Tour, sponsored by the Seminole Tribe's Department of Anthropology & Genealogy. Two ceremonies were held to commemorate the route taken by the Seminole Tribe's ancestors in the 1800s.
This event was covered in the May 5, 2000 edition of the Seminole Tribune, Vol. 21 No. 6. The photos and article titled, "Time Travel Tour Visits New Orleans Fort", were composed by Ernie Tiger.
