Color exterior photograph depicting Seminole Color Guard members Dan Bowers, Steven Bowers and Paul Bowers standing behind a stage with the South Carolina National Guard. The photo was taken at the Fort Moultrie National Monument during a commemoration ceremony honoring the Seminole war leader Osceola. The event was held on the 160th Anniversary of Osceola's passing. The photo was taken during the Seminole Tribe's Time Travel Tour II: Return to Charleston (South Carolina), January 29-30, 1998.
This event was covered in the March 6, 1998 edition of the Seminole Tribune, Vol. 20 No. 21. The article titled, "Time Travel Tour Honors Osceola, was written by Elrod Bowers.
