Catalog Number GRP1891.39
Object Name Print, Photographic
Description B/W print, mounted on yellow cardboard. The print is a photograph of illustration of Osceola, wearing a longshirt, sash, gorgets and a turban with a feather. The photograph is described by accompanying printed text. The text says "Indians - Identified. Osceola. Also, "Source: Neg. 1656."

The photograph's subject and source are identified by the typed text on the cardboard, to the left of the photograph. Appears to have been produced this way by a large institution of archival material, because a stamp on the back says "Reproduced from the State Photographic Archives, Stozier Library, FSU", in order to fulfill a request for a copy of one of their documents.
