Scope & Content Booklet from the Indian Rights Association in Philadelphia entitled, "The Record of Thirty Years. A Brief Statement of the Indian Rights Association, It's Objects, Methods and Achievements" by M.K. Sniffen. The booklet contains information about the operations of the Indian Rights Association. Sections of the booklet include: Washington Agency, Achievements, Concrete Results: The Mission Indians, Other Landless California Indians, Civil Service Reform, Education, The Lone Wolf Case, and Management.

The booklet was part of a research notebook that belonged to Francis Frost White, an employee of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) in Dania in the 1930s and 40s.
