Sniffen. The booklet contains information about the operations of the Indian Rights Association. Sections of the booklet include: Washington Agency, Achievements, Concrete Results: The Mission Indians, Other Landless California Indians, Civil Service Reform, Education, The Lone Wolf Case, and Management.
The booklet was part of a research notebook that belonged to Francis Frost White, an employee of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) in Dania in the 1930s and 40s.
