Newspaper clipping from the The Miami Herald entitled, "Seminole History and Need of Home Told at Luncheon: Ad Club Urged to Work for Reservation for Florida's Picturesque Indian Nation." The article is in regards to a meeting held by the Ad Club to discuss securing a reservation and federal and state support for Florida's Indian tribes. The article includes a brief account of the early history of the Seminoles. "See letter to Mrs. Kirk Munroeof Nov 12th 1921 in reply to this" is handwritten on the sheet that the article is affixed to.
The clipping was part of a research notebook that belonged to Francis Frost White, an employee of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) in Dania in the 1930s and 40s.
