The article was part three of a daily series. The series reported the findings of an investigation of Everglades camps occupied by Seminole Indians. Tribal members cited include: Joe Bowers, Tom Smith, Sam Jones, Sam Tommy, John Osceola, Naha Tiger, Andrew Bowers, Morgan Smith, and Courtney Billy.
The clipping was part of a research notebook that belonged to Francis Frost White, an employee of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) in Dania in the 1930s and 40s.
